Boater Assist Canada is a member based organization for the recreational boater in Ontario. Owned and operated by Boating Ontario; with service centres in major boating areas throughout the province, our highly trained staff are ready to provide the highest quality Basic Rescue Service to boaters.
On-water services include: towing, mechanical breakdowns, soft ungrounding and emergency fuel delivery.
When you choose your membership level, Basic or Family, towing is included! Our highly trained service team will coordinate the response and tow you and your vessel safely to the closest safe port.
If you experience a mechanical breakdown such as an electrical problem, faulty sparkplugs, engine failure our highly trained service team will send a mechanic to assist on-the-water or tow you and your vessel to the closest safe port.
If you run aground on a shoal or sandbar, provided there is no physical damage to the boat, our highly trained service team will coordinate the response and tow you and your vessel safely to the closest safe port.
Should you unexpectedly run out of fuel on the water, our highly trained service team will coordinate the free delivery of fuel options to your boat.

Hours of Operation
Our BAC Call Centre and Service Centres are standing by 7 days a week, 7am to 10pm from May 15 to October 31 to help you when the unexpected happens on the water. The BAC Administration office is open Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5 pm year round.
